This MySpace Party Pic Cost Stacy Snyder Her Job

Stacy Snyder, Drunken Pirate

The New York Times has a story today about the case of Stacy Snyder, a 25 year-old mother of two that lost her job over a MySpace photo of her as a “drunken pirate”:

In the absence of strong protections for employees, poorly chosen words or even a single photograph posted online in one’s off-hours can have career-altering consequences. Stacy Snyder, 25, who was a senior at Millersville University in Millersville, Pa., offers an instructive example. Last year, she was dismissed from the student teaching program at a nearby high school and denied her teaching credential after the school staff came across her photograph on her MySpace profile. She filed a lawsuit in April this year in federal court in Philadelphia contending that her rights to free expression under the First Amendment had been violated. No trial date has been set.

Her photo, preserved at the “Wired Campus” blog of the Chronicle of Higher Education, turns out to be surprisingly innocuous. In a head shot snapped at a costume party, Ms. Snyder, with a pirate’s hat perched atop her head, sips from a large plastic cup whose contents cannot be seen. When posting the photo, she fatefully captioned her self-portrait “drunken pirate,” though whether she was serious can’t be determined by looking at the photo.

Millersville University, in a motion asking the court to dismiss the case, contends that Ms. Snyder’s student teaching had been unsatisfactory for many reasons. But it affirms that she was dismissed and barred from re-entering the school shortly after the high school staff discovered her MySpace photograph. The university backed the school authorities’ contentions that her posting was “unprofessional” and might “promote under-age drinking.” It also cited a passage in the teacher’s handbook that said staff members are “to be well-groomed and appropriately dressed.”

While there are probably a lot of people that don’t want their kids to be taught by a mother of two that posts “drunken pirate” party pics of herself to MySpace, it also seems ridiculous for Snyder to lose her job over a photo, that at worst, is unprofessional.

With more of us blogging, social networking, podcasting and video podcasting, there are probably going to be a lot more Stacy Snyders.

  1. […] There is a fine line that has yet to be determined when it comes to blogs, social networking and other web 2.0 tools.¬† Case in point, this post from Podcasting News: Last year, she was dismissed from the student teaching program at a nearby high school and denied her teaching credential after the school staff came across her photograph on her MySpace profile. She filed a lawsuit in April this year in federal court in Philadelphia contending that her rights to free expression under the First Amendment had been violated. No trial date has been set. […]

As someone who doesn’t live in America, it always surprises me that in “the land of the free” these things continue to happen!! It is simply a form of totalitarianism that an employer can actively seek out internet content and then punish an individual because of it, and that individual then has to resort to private legal action to redress a wrong that has been done by the employer. This is what happens when you let your unions decline and the great Gods Money and Privilege rule the land. It is no wonder that people in the USA just pick up a gun and go berserk.

  3. Joe says:

She got what she deserved and should consider herself lucky that we as a society don’t lock her away in prison for life. She wants to call herself a role model??? By drinking alcohol and posing for photographs. How would she explain that to her students? This girl needs to spend a long time begging Jesus for forgiveness for her sinful ways. I beg the Lord smite her for what she has done. She deserves no forgiveness.

  4. info says:

    Joe

The photo just has her drinking out of a plastic cup. What does she need to beg forgiveness for?

  5. Musicgoat says:

Ratbags is right. Can’t we have fun anymore? Can’t we relax? This is ridiculous. They are turning us in to machines.

  6. ratbags says:

Joe: In the “land of the free”, people may drink beverages out of plastic cups – in fact Macdonalds has made it the national sport to do so. People may also pose for photographs, and I expect half her students have their own myspaces and blogs, and some of them may have actually POSED FOR PHOTOGRAPHS.

I wonder which branch of the Taliban you belong to, because that’s the attitude they have in Afghanistan, especially towards women. If your vengeful attitude comes from your belief in Jesus, I suggest you study your Bible a lot harder. Jesus would ask you if you would cast the first stone.

  7. David says:

In all fairness, Joe is totally right, i mean, having fun outside of work… what kind of monster is this woman!?

  8. Odan says:

To Joe and David.. sounds like two people that don’t even know what a bible is , let alone ever read it.
Forgiveness is one of the big topics in the bible, Jesus died for our sins.
Least you forget , the USA is not run by the laws of the bible , and therefore i hope she wins her case and makes people realize , its illegal to actually do such a thing to a person , a personal blog or website has nothing to do with work or school.
If i was to host a blog about killing people and work as as a postman, you can’t fire me because of the blog.
The ones that fired her should have a personal ass whopping from God and the bible , maybe then we can live in a place where people are screwed over because of a picture. Sad really…

  9. Ashley says:

I agree strongly with Ratbag. As an Air Force dependent, I’ve spent much of my life in the middle of other cultures and it sickens me to no point to find that most of the American society that is based on being able to have “God given freedoms”, is nothing but a huge lie.

Joe, you are the biggest reason America stands within turmoil right now. Your faith is a beautiful thing, but at the same time you have to respect other people’s beliefs as well. Maybe she’s not Christian. We do have the right to make that choice on our own and it is NOT fair within the land that is known for religious tolerance for people like to walk around making people feel inferior for enjoying life. People such as yourself cause issues deep within our society and will ultimately be the reason that our empire fails. Nothing pleases you unless it’s in the bible, but guess what? We’ve got Muslims, Buddhists, Atheists, etc. all mixed in our society and we are forced to work with each one. Deal with it or go somewhere better because those of us who aren’t Christian are going to fight you till the death.

    3) THIS STORY IS ALMOST A YEAR OLD!!! (CRUISE CONTROL)

  11. Simon says:

Oh come on, how daft! Americans, you’re all nuts.

And erm…Joe and David are having a joke, people!

  12. Dave LaMorte says:

I spoke about this case a few months ago on my podcast. She didn’t lose her job, she was kicked out of her program at school. Should would have been able to graduate, but they wouldn’t let her graduate with her license.

The real problem for her was that she’s a teacher and this makes her both a public figure and a moral authority. It’s too bad she had to learn her lesson this way.

  13. anonymous says:

The comments make this story hilarious.

  14. Bill Vincent says:

America hasn’t been the land of the free for quite some time, laddies. We’re all running scared now. It’s more like pre-war Germany than anything else. Any Americans who disagree with what I just said are either part of the problem, or not paying attention.

  15. ratbags says:

Anon: sarcasm? Oh, really, I thought that was a breakfast cereal. What Joe wrote could be read in court by a lawyer and taken at face value. Sarcasm is one of the least understood and most used devices in the language. And the item may be a year old, but the rest of the world which doesn’t get the NY Times from one of the minimum wage paper sellers may not know this. Oh, I forgot, the world revolves round the United States doesn’t it. How silly I am.

Bill Vincent is right. My son and his girlfriend recently entered the US as tourists, and had to have their retinas scanned on entry !!!!! Just as well their papers were in order.

And Simon: Dave jokes, Joe I’m not so sure about. I’ve heard the same stuff in deadly earnest from God botherers here and overseas. Some wore turbans, some carried crosses. Aren’t we all God’s chilluns??

  16. landofmyfathers says:

    What next?

Another outsider utterly bemused by an innocuous photograph being used by an over-punctilious group of puritans to preserve the misconception that the good old US of A is beyond reproach.

Ironic that this same bunch, who consider this woman too scarlet to teach their children, take the self-same children and teach them the art of use of personal weapons and back the government to kill innocents abroad in the name of oil!

  17. Lud says:

Their is a curse upon Snyder’s name regarding the freedom of speech, remember Dee Snyder of Twisted Sisters?

  18. stranger says:

total madness. honestly, this woman is of legal drinking age. she wasn’t doing it at school. granted, i wouldn’t have set this as a “default picture” for all to see, but there is a lot of overreacting here. That’s the real problem with the world, err America at the least… no one is allowed to show any character, everyone is concerned with image, and why? to look better than the other guy? get your heads out of your asses.

    im truly sickened.
damn all the hypocrites, and all those who support.
    that means you joe.

  19. Eric says:

Dave LaMorte, you contradict yourself. And you’re WAY off base! On the one hand you said she didn’t lose her job because she was a student; as if there were no professional penalty for her. And then you (correctly) point out that the University wouldn’t let her graduate with her certificate. If that doesn’t affect her job marketability, then I don’t know what will!

Here’s what you said, just to refresh your memory:
“I spoke about this case a few months ago on my podcast. She didn‚Äôt lose her job, she was kicked out of her program at school. Should would have been able to graduate, but they wouldn‚Äôt let her graduate with her license.

The real problem for her was that she‚Äôs a teacher and this makes her both a public figure and a moral authority. It‚Äôs too bad she had to learn her lesson this way.”

Note that in your first paragraph you make it sound like a slap on the wrist, and in your last paragraph you say that she IS a teacher! And strangest of all, you seem to be implying that because she would spend six to seven hours per day in front of a classroom full of H.S. students that she’s a “public” figure. Wrong! We’re all citizens FIRST, and our professions SECOND. The closest thing to a true “public figure” are our elected representatives. There is no question of “moral authority,” as you put it. She’s old enough to drink, and she did NOTHING illegal by going to a halloween party. There is nothing illegal about sharing pictures of yourself having a good (legal) time. If she were to post these items onto her blog during work hours, then THAT could be called unprofessional. What she does, or I do, or you do, behind our closed doors, on our own time is OUR business.

And the notion that the school handbook calls for “professional attire” is ludicrous! Are they going to inspect your pajamas to make sure they’re “professional” when you go to bed? I hope she wins her case, and gets a massive judgement! Maybe then it will put a little fear into the institutions that seek to control us!

  20. Tina, mother of 2 says:

I wouldn’t want my kids taught by someone who thinks it’s cute, funny, acceptable to be a “drunken” anything. Teachers are perfectly welcome to do whatever they want, I don’t care. BUT, when it shows up on a site that the children they teach WILL see, then that teacher will lose control and respect in the classroom.
It’s not cute, funny, or entertaining to be drunk. It’s just stupid and a sign of much bigger problems.
At her age, and being a parent, she should know better than to do something stupid like this. If she’s too stupid to understand discretion, she’s too stupid to teach.
I know I wouldn’t allow my kids to stay in her class. Drinking is fine, drunkenness shows a lack of self control. If she can’t control herself, how can we expect her to control her class?

  21. Marty says:

Arrrrr drunken pirate is it now,by the very picture she can join us to teach the young ones aboard ship, sunny jim is lookin to get educated on the numbers so he can tally the amount of floggins that take place on a weekly basis, just so we can keep those interfering busy bodys of the queens council happy

  22. Readin' Sucks says:

    TLDNR NOOBs

  23. Ben says:

No matter what her profession, our drunken pirate friend has the right to post whatever she wants on her MySpace without being bonked over the head by her employer. Do we think our kids are just THAT stupid? That they don’t know that adults drink alcohol and sometimes (read: often) take silly pictures of themselves when doing so? There is nothing in this photograph which points to an excessive consumption of alcohol, and even partnered with the caption, doesn’t show immoral or illegal behavior.

As for being expected to wear professional attire, I agree with Eric. Is she not allowed to sleep in her underwear? Also, if she hadn’t been ‘drunk’ [allegedly] in the picture, would the pirate hat have been proper dress?

Tina, mother of 2, your prissy and prim ideology has surely annoyed more than one authority figure associated with your poor children. She didn’t teach her students that it was *ok* to get drunk with this photograph. Also, assuming she can’t control herself is rediculous. You know nothing about this woman except that she may have consumed some or all of a (1, single) beverage which MAY or MAY NOT have been alcoholic at ONE POINT in her life.

I’m not sure just how serious the Jesus freaks were, but shut up. Just frigging well shut up. Your morality isn’t truth for the sake of itself. Faith is wonderful, but don’t push it on other people. You just look like a chode.

Oh, and Tina: it IS fun to get tipsy once in a while. You should try it. And then take a picture of yourself in a pirate hat. Why? BECAUSE IT’S ALL IN GOOD FUN!

  24. Tina, mother of 2 says:

Yes, she did say it is ok, cute and funny. By posting it in her myspace she said all of that.
I’m not prissy OR prim. I’ve knocked back my fair share of tequila, still do. BUT, I don’t get shitty drunk, and if I did I would have the sense not to BRAG about it on a public forum.
It’s not “good fun” to tell people that you think you are cool and funny for being drunk.
School teachers have standards that they KNOW they are supposed to uphold. No one hides the rules from them. If she’s not bright enough to remember her role, then she’s too stupid to teach.

Again, I wouldn’t want my kids’ teacher plastering herself on the internet drunk.
Doesn’t matter what the drink was… She SAID she was “drunken”. It wasn’t assumed by anyone, she posted it. Her words, not anyone else’s. This is just a case of, yet another, stupid fool doing something completely retarded, and then expecting it to be overlooked.

  25. Jake says:

I think most of you have become way to jesus-ie over this, the woman got screwed by some overbearing assholes that just happened to be looking for someone to make an example. This is bullshit, this is America, we have priests that molest children, students that kill each other, politicians that end up in every manner of trouble, and yet we have the balls to jump on a teacher’s ass because she drinks in her off time?!?! Truly we are soulless beings, if a teacher who drinks becomes a bad role model, what do we say for people like Michael Vick, or Kobe Bryant with his rape case, or Barry Bonds? We speak about it and forget it. I feel very sorry for this woman, because teacher or not she is put on a pedestal, and treated like an animal just because of an alcoholic drink, it didn’t even say that she was abusive or disorderly, just that she claimed to be a “drunken pirate” at a costume party. I wish to leave you all with a small bit of information, Franklin D. Roosevelt beat his wife, Winston Churchill was an alcoholic, and Hitler was a quiet reserved catholic school boy, leave the damn woman alone she has done no wrong that we all haven’t equally matched at some point in our lives.

  26. SuperSparky says:

Universities are the biggest hypocrites. They praise, invite, and almost drool over people that say anything and everything negative or treasonous to the USA and it’s people and military, give audience to psycho dictators (Pres of Iran, Hugo Chavez, etc.) and yet have the balls to fire someone because they are “adversely (negatively) affecting young people’s lives” or “encouraging young people to drink”. This is someone’s life outside work (none of their business).

Now, with that said, don’t go whining about your “rights” when you make the private into the public. Life involves personal responsibility, restraint, and common sense. This woman had none of these. I may react differently if someone else posted the photo of a private party moment, but she did this stupid act herself.

Also, those that drag Jesus into every argument. Stop it, he doesn’t deserve to brought into every argument you deem necessary to make your point (taking the Lord’s name in vain ring a bell?). Pulling Jesus out to made a point just drags him name through your dirt. Pull the beam out of your own eye before trying to pull the spec out of others, and never cast your pearls before the swine lest they turn and trample them. Stick to the subject worry about Jesus in your own life.

  27. Dr. Browne says:

    Sue those AAAAAAAARRRsholes!

  28. Tina, mother of 2 says:

She’s not being “abused” because of her drinking. She is being chastised because she was STUPID. That’s the bottom line. She KNEW it was going out on the net, she KNEW it would be viewed as wrong.
If she didn’t know that, then she’s just too stupid to be a teacher.

I don’t care what she does in her PRIVATE life. But when she starts advertising and bragging, she made it public. Do something stupid, pay the price.

  29. Ratbags says:

Ah. She’s had an unwarranted attack on her liberty by her employer, and “she is being chastised because she was STUPID.” Oh, if it were really that simple !! There is no law against stupidity. There is, however, something morally wrong with the idea of punishing someone for a captioned picture which may or may not be the true situation. Hypocrisy rules.

  30. Gern says:

    Role Models don’t drink alcohol?
Kids will abuse alcohol because of a photograph on MySpace?
    Idiotic.
Tina, your kids are going to be sheep. In the bad sense of the term.
You’re too stupid to be a mother.

  31. Phil E. Drifter says:

Although I have to side with the woman (there’s no way anyone can be sure what she was drinking out of that opaque cup had any alcohol in it), people continually post pictures of themselves in compromising situations online, and are then upset when they are held responsible for said pics.

  32. sara says:

I think it is pretty hypocritical that she LOST HER JOB/CAREER over a PICTURE of her being a “drunk pirate” (something not necessarily determinable by the photograph) but all the other “role models” (actors/actresses, rappers/rocker/pop stars, professional athletes, socialites) continue to get paid BIG BUCKS despite their more-public-than-myspace antics. What kind of message does that send?

Yeah on her part it was a STUPID thing to do, but seriously!, teaching was going to be her way of earning a living for her family. She’s undoubtedly spent lots of money, time, and effort to graduate and a PICTURE is going to cost her her career! That is outrageous!

I teach, and I have to say that if you get fired for not being “well-groomed and appropriately dressed,” I hope no one runs into me at H.E.B. on Saturday morning.

  33. molly says:

Alright, I didn’t bother reading all of the comments, but have any of you realized that this photo looks totally photoshopped???
and did any of you realize that David was being sarcastic????

In all other regards, I think it was completely unfair that this happened, but unfortunately, it happens all too often. We need to let this one story slide, because there are too many others for this particular one.

Also, as others have stated, there is nothing that proves that there was alcohol in that cup. and just because she’s making a face, doesn’t mean she’s under the influence.

  34. Tina, mother of 2 says:

There are standards of behaviour that are expected in many careers.
It’s called a “Morals Clause”. She knew it, chose to ignore it. Punish her for being stupid.
My kids won’t be “sheep” they will be RESPECTABLE. Too bad you seem to be ignorant of the meaning of the term.

  35. KJ says:

Tina, it is a little ridiculous to think that teachers are not allowed to have fun and that your children are going to be somehow impacted by this teacher on her profile. She would certainly suffer the consequences of parent complaints I am sure, but I think your children will be just fine.If they are too young to see that they are too young for my space. I just hope you aren’t in my town when my department goes to happy hour or we’ll all be out of a job.

  36. Jon says:

What the hell is wrong with you people, how did she ‘get what she deserved’? This is like blaming a girl for getting raped. She did nothing wrong. She is of legal age to drink, and she did so. Out of work. Where there’s nothing wrong with it.

It shouldn’t even be an issue whether or not there was alcohol in the cup or whether or not she actually consumed any, because it’s her right to. It’s not even a stupid thing to do, she was having a good time.

And damn, at 25, you’re still a kid. She’s been legal to drink now for 16% of her life. It’s still a novelty to her. And hey, it’s a hell of a lot better than a likely 75% of her students posting drunk pictures.

Oh, and Tina: I’ll bet you $20 that your kids will have drank more than once by the time they are 18, regardless of how much you hound over them, what you do to try and stop them, or what you’ll do to them if you catch them.

  37. Trish says:

Someone of you judgmental people seriously need a life sitting back on your high horse judging this girl for having fun. Whatever you do for fun I hope starts to get viewed as bad too. If people aren’t on the roads driving drunk, whats the fucking problem? This is why America is a joke to the rest of the world. We sit there and judge others like we are soooo much better then the world. Tina I don’t give a rats ass if you are a mother of two or not. Get a life you retarded housewife. I bet you sit back and let your husband work and you sit there with your “housewife” free time judging others. I look down upon lazy fat ass housewives. Because they are tools, who don’t take time to make a career for themselves. They live their fat asses off their husbands. Oh wow you clean and watch your kids in your free time! You contribute to society so much to sit back and judge a girl going to school trying to make her own living. Get off your fat ass, quit watching soaps and eating bon bons and get a job you waste of oxygen.

  38. Vlad of Ukraine says:

Tina, you are seriously as above stated, a sheep and a lemming, you follow what is being told to you. When the government says alcohol is bad you say it is bad too, when the government says they are trying to make Iraq a democracy you believe them. I was born in Ukraine, but have lived in the US for 8 years. In Ukraine I have seen kids get drunk underage, and later they turned out to be fine adults. You can’t make your own choices if you don’t try them first(there are limits to this, like murder which is bad). I have tried smoking, it was terrible, I never tried again, I bet you if the drinking age was dropped to 15, kids would drink, but then they would find out what a hangover is and stop. Thats how it was done way before, and society was much better back then, so if you think, this teacher will make her kids drink she won’t, she was having fun, and that probably what your kids will do AS SOON AS THEY TURN 21. In addition, “morale clause”???? He had a right to drink, and I doubt many kids look up their teachers on myspace. Finally, RESPECTABLE my ass, I have seen “respectable” kids they are complete dick, who have no loyalty to others, think only about themselves, and will rat out anyone for even minor things.

FYI Trish you are crazy, how do you know she is a housewife, where is your argument(I see none there), and have a sense of decency to people.

  39. Anonymous says:

nobody can prove what she is drinking is even an alcoholic beverage. she doesn’t have to incriminate herself by saying what was in the cup. if staff members are ‚Äúto be well-groomed and appropriately dressed” 24 hours a day, then how the fuck is a staff member supposed to fuck the shit out of their spouse in their own bed? how are they supposed to take a massive dump in a toilet? fully clothed with casual wear?

  40. jorgen says:

silly americans.. why does her life have to be defined by her job? Why is a sense of humour punished? She is of legal age, how is she promoting underage drinking? Does the american public believe their children view teachers as cool role-models? Does this mean you also fire popular movie stars (much bigger rolemodels) that drink or take drugs in their own personal time?

GO DRUNKEN PIRATE!! You’re welcome in australia! 😀

We should let america know that we are considering firing them from the world for setting a bad example.

  41. Vlad of Ukraine says:

    LOL go jorgen!!!!!!

  42. Nyteflame says:

This happened at my Alma Mater.
The article is misleading. It says that the Millersville Staff found the photo. What it doesn’t say is that they were directed there after Miss Snyder’s students found the photo of her. It also doesn’t tell you that she would go to student teacher dressed in shorts and a T-shirt. It doesn’t tell you that her Co-Operating Teacher had such a bad experience with Miss Snyder, that she may never take on a student teacher again. The Staff at Millersville gave us plenty of warnings about social networking pages, and websites, and making sure they were clean. The warning speech was included every semester before we started our Ed. Classes, and it was in every assembly that the Ed. Department held.

While I can understand being upset that a mistake like this cost her so much, she and the newspapers refuse to publish the whole story, and I cannot condone her attempts to spread shadow over our Alma Mater for something that was essentially her own fault.

  43. DanekJovax says:

Whoever is jumping in this thread at this point, I ask you to take a few moments to read the justia.com postings on this case:
    http://news.justia.com/cases/featured/pennsylvania/paedce/2:2007cv01660/228127/

But I fully agree that Stacy Snyder was fully trodden on, in regards to her right to due process and rights, as given by state and federal law (Bill of Rights, et al.)

    To wit:
    – Stacy was not given the proper due process to notify her of any instance of “unprofessional” conduct prior to MU’s action on stipping her of her BSE and expelling her from the Dept. of Education (where she worked as a student teacher).
    – Only the single photograph was offered as evidence, against which an entire 4-year study program (which she paid for with her hard-earned money and time) weighed. This photograph only portrays her holding a cup, wearing a simple pirate costume, and a caption (from the Myspace.com website where it was originally ‘found’) of “Drunken Pirate.” At most, this should have resulted in a warning from her MU adviser, and given her time to remove the apparently ‘offending’ content, and not instantly acting to expulsion and stripping of the BSE degree, which she was working towards.
    – Apparently, an out-of-court settlement was reached between Stacy and MU (look up the June 19, 2007 posting, see above link), and the subsequent posts appear to be Stacy’s attorney’s postings to remove the counts on the record (assuming the settlement was agreed-upon).

I haven’t seen any newer developments on whether or not Snyder was reinstated to her BSE status, or whether she was able to continue her career as a PA-certified school teacher, so if anyone has any news on this, please put up the links.

I am praying that Stacy and her family get the justice they deserve.

  45. me says:

    Joe, you are a dick

  46. Jo says:

Tina, your views are seriously worrying, fascist and hypercritical (why are YOU stupid enough to post you knock back tequilas on a public forum?! Oh thats right, its OK for you but not for her).

This girl was punished for having a sense of humour. Stupidity has nothing to do with it. The caption “drunken pirate” is a simple quip because the girl is wearing a pirate hat and has a plastic cup in her hand, resembling a drunken pirate. Its fancy dress. Since when has fancy dress being a punishable stupitity? There is no evidence whatsoever that the girl is drunk, or even has alcohol in the cup. Pirates are associated with drinking rum, hence the fact light hearted caption.

Even if she were drinking alcohol or drunk in her own time that is no ones business but her own. Nowhere in the teaching job spec does it state u must be tee total at all times. The only time you would have a right to complain/take action is if she is drunk when looking after the children. Buying, drinking and drinking too much are all legal activities. It is also not a crime to post humourous pictures of yourself on your myspace page.

And please can you explain to me how a completely innocent photo/caption or drinking too much at a party proove that she cannot teach? The teacher I learnt the most from and subsequently did well in exams from, was a chain smoking, pot smoking hippy but his knowledge and passion for teaching was incredible. There was not a single member of our class that failed their exams in his subject, whereas the teachers that were strict and straight laced we generally didnt want to listen to them and subsequently did not do as well in their subjects.

Jew Drink & wear hats, obviously this is a NO JEWS NEED APPLY school, RACIST & determined to defy federal law by persecuting those who drink & cover their heads before god. The only 2 things she is being cited for, Alcohol use & the hat, are both ancient jewish custom, and protected by existing federal statues against race & religious descrimination . (Anti – Semitism) The answer to the puzzle of why some folks at scools & in upper management are suddenly determining that ALL hats in the workplace are suddenly “unprofessional” can be SIMPLE. The folks who have deemed hats unprofessional are sometimes morons & sometimes members of the KKK, Nazi Party, or Aryan Brotherhood! JEWS of the orthodox and conservative movements are required for religious reasons,to cover their heads at all times, including in the workplace. The US federal government WILL NOT allow the yellow star of David, or other obvious Jew tracking innovations first implemented by Herr Hitler, BUT, requirng ALL those who do not belong to a religion that requires head coverings to be banned from wearing hats, and forcing those who do belong to faiths that require headcoverings to apply for “religious exemptions” specifying that they are only allowed to wear their faiths headgear/hats means that the remaining hat wearers are ONLY given the option of wearing hats that IDENTIFY them as members of a particular faith. This is of great assistance to the KKK and the Aryan brotherhood movement as the Yamakah & other Jewish headgear is easily identified and Anti semitic attacks can easily be carried out on these individuals without the fear of erroneously attacking a Muslim fundamentalist ally whose dream of wiping out Israel, and expelling the Jews from America is so closely alligned with the Aryan brotherhood & KKK causes. The folks who originated this policy should also have no difficulty getting Muslim extremists, The KKK or TheAryan brotherhood to hold rallys in favor of keeping the policy, as it brings us just 1 step closer to the Jew free campuses & workplaces that they have long dreamed of nationwide & even worldwide……….

It is also intreresting that they have found a way to call all workplace orthodox Jews everywhere “unprofessional” and keep their jobs. Its worthy of the highest KKK & Nazi honors….. Borat would also be proud of their effort to rid schools and the workplace of Jews………..

The morons who simply did not like the look of hats, or realize the implications of being on the same side aas KKK members, Nazis & the Aryan brotherhood, or that they could be providing evidence of their own possible membership in these organizations through the implementation & reccomendation that hats are unprofessional tend to back off pretty quickly when the they are informed of the racist aspects of no hats policy.

Of course the last time folks tried this in Germany, things did not go well for the folks who implemented these initiatives…

The answer to the puzzle of why some folks at scools & in upper management are suddenly determining that ALL hats in the workplace are suddenly “unprofessional” can be SIMPLE. The folks who have deemed hats unprofessional are sometimes morons & sometimes members of the KKK, Nazi Party, or Aryan Brotherhood!
